2 weeks ago Ryan started a new job @ Applebee's. He is an assistant manager (in training), he will train for 8 weeks & then he will be placed at a store. He doesn't know what location he will end up in & all they have told him so far is it will be with in a 30 minute drive. --- That could be anywhere! There are 3 different Applebee's with in a 10 minute drive but I told him with his luck he will end up @ Speedway or somewhere 30 minutes away!
He had his week review with his manager & they said he is doing a great job (YEAA RYAN) & he is learning a lot, especially about their bar. Ryan has said multiple times that he already likes this job WAY better! I am so happy for him & I think his quality of life is so much better now that he doesn't have to wake up at 4:30 in the morning!
On Ryan's second day of employment at Applebee's they had their annual awards banquet @ the Colts practice complex. The banquet was for all of their managers (The whole state of Indiana) & they had a catered meal, free drinks & casino night w/ lots of fun games. We had a lot of fun & met a lot of people. I loved how open & inviting the company was to Ryan & I. When we first walked in a couple of the head guys came up & talked to us for a while. I was impressed that they remembered Ryan & were interested in us. At the end of the night I was driving home & Ryan said "I love Applebee's" haha I was dying laughing... It was his second day & he was in love because they gave him free booze! At least after 2 weeks he still feels the same way with out all the free drinks! 
I've never been the the practice facility & I thought it was pretty cool!
LOOK HOW CUTE THEY ARE :) This is the group that brought the casino games. They are the Sertoma Club from Broad Ripple & these old gentlemen were a lot of fun! They were all so nice! They raise money to then give it away. It is a great group & if you ever need to host a casino night you should definitely consider them!
